PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS Payment can be made in full or by deposit to secure your holiday booking. The deposit required to reserve a room is £50, for the whole Villa £150 paid at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances and you should claim on your travel insurance policy.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT a cash deposit of €200 (approx £133) for a room, €800 for the Villa per week will be required on arrival (approx £560) upon arrival in lieu of damages.

CHILDREN Please note that children will remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times. In addition no unaccompanied minors (under 18) are permitted on the premises,

The person signing the form will be responsible for all the guests and will be accepting the booking conditions on their behalf. A contract between you and Regusse Holiday Rentals will come into existence when we receive your booking form and deposit/full payment and we confirm your booking by e-mail or post

HOLIDAY PRICES We guarantee that there will be no surcharge once you have made your booking and paid a deposit.

CARE OF THE PROPERTY The Clients shall take all reasonable and proper care of the Property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the Property and leaving them in the same state of repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental. If you do not wish to clean, then a charge will be debited from your deposit equal to 15€ per person ( Eurogroup holiday tariffs) Breakages must be paid for.
